About Vicki
Vicki has been managing property for over fifteen years.
She was introduced to the industry at Matamata Piako District Council managing
housing, community buildings, leases and managing licenses to occupy public land.
Vicki moved on to pursue her previous career as a chef and owner of a local café. Whilst
this was successful, Covid saw her return to Property Management.
Vicki brings many ingrained skills and attributes to the role with her straight talking, no
fuss approach. Her vast experience in tenancy and project management serves this role
well along with a diverse knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.
Working in Property Management is her passion and matching an owners needs with
quality tenants is at the core of her role. Fitting the right tenancy to the right property
ensures security for both owner and tenant, reducing stress and making renting a much
more enjoyable experience for both parties.
