Tracy has a diverse background spanning over 14 years in the dairy, sales, and real estate industries and brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of both agricultural and property sectors. Tracy's career began as a dedicated dairy farmer, where she honed her skills and knowledge of farm operations, which led to 4 years in a self-employed role as a variable order sharemilker, demonstrating her entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to excellence.
Tracy then transitioned into a sales and solutions role, collaborating with dairy farmers to enhance their productivity and efficiency on the farm. This experience allowed Tracy to develop strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
Tracy's career progression is a testament to her leadership and strategic skills. In 2018, she started as a personal assistant to a salesperson, gaining valuable insights into the intricacies of the real estate market. After 2 years, Tracy advanced to a property manager position. Currently, she serves as the Business Development Manager for the Southland region, leveraging her expertise and customer relationships to drive growth and success.

She holds a New Zealand Certificate in Residential Property Management (Level 4), underscoring her dedication to continuous learning and staying at the forefront of her field. Outside of work, Tracy is a Mum of two young children and has a partner, Taylor, who works as a Quantity Surveyor for Amalgamated Builders. Tracy and her family enjoy the outdoors, exploring the natural beauty of Southland through bush walking, fishing, and summers at the lake or beach.
