About Samantha
I joined Property Brokers Property Management team in Greymouth & Hokitika in September 2019.
What I love about Property Management is the number of different people I meet daily. Property Brokers is a great company to work for, and being able to help bring my local community together, from owners to tenants, gives me both pride & satisfaction.
I love being able to call the West Coast of the South Island my home. I enjoy the untamed wilderness of the mountains, bush, rivers and the ocean, and let's not forget the awesome people.
What makes me a great property manager - Empathy & understanding, knowing what people want & helping them through what can be a challenging time, especially in the transient times we live. Ensuring my owners' needs are fulfilled by seeking, then supporting, the best tenants for their property. I treat my customers as though I was the customer, to me, it's that simple. From owner to a tenant, alongside our contractors who assist in maintaining our property portfolio, it's a team effort.
I am proud of being able to transfer my previous experience in totally diverse roles to Property Management & have learnt a lot. I look forward to furthering my knowledge so I can achieve more for Property Brokers, my customers & my community, which I am so passionate about.
