Ritesh has been around the Whanganui real estate circuit for over 18 years and has arguably sold more Whanganui real estate than anyone else. With all this experience and knowledge, it was a no brainer for Ritesh to take the next step in his real estate career and lead the highly successful Whanganui Property Brokers team. When selling Ritesh was awarded many awards, including being named Number One Sales Consultant in the Company for 2015-2017, during this time the Whanganui office also picked up the REINZ award for most units sold nationwide for any brand and now under his leadership have won the award 6 years running! If you know Ritesh, he tends to get along with everyone he meets, and with that infectious smile and willingness to work hard and think outside the square he tends to bring the best out of people. Ritesh acknowledges that the awards are a measure of his sales and leadership success but what really matters to him is his love of the job and the daily challenges the job brings, many of his clients become long term friends and it is his clients who he always puts first at all times.
