Rikki-Lee transitioned into a Team Leader/Business Development role in 2022, where she works with existing and new clients to expand the portfolio of managed properties and support a team of property managers. Her natural aptitude for this role is evident through her exceptional communication skills, unwavering customer service, and meticulous attention to detail.
Rikki-Lee is highly organized and committed to helping you achieve your property goals. Her in-depth knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act and the ever-changing regulations ensures she stays updated on how these changes impact our landlords. Additionally, she possesses comprehensive knowledge of Healthy Homes Compliance requirements, regularly conducting property assessments and providing valuable advice to clients.
