About Murray
HELLO FROM MURRAY
Thank you for this opportunity, to meet with you, to share ideas and to provide this market
appraisal for your property.
This is a short introduction to introduce myself to you if you are not familiar with my
background. Maybe you are a relatively new comer to our town, or our paths may not have
crossed so often. However if you are a friend, acquaintance or we have worked together in
the past, feel free to skip this page.
I’ve been in Real Estate since 2007 and I am proud to call South Canterbury (Temuka /
Geraldine area) home . I live and work locally here in Temuka with my wife Anthea and
Sparkles the cat. We enjoy spending time with our family, and we’re lucky that two of our
children and their young families live in Temuka too. This means we share lots of family fun
with their schooling, sports and child minding. Our daughter lives in England with her family,
while our youngest son is in the Christchurch Fire Service. I also enjoy going to see a good
game of rugby especially our amazing All Blacks, and the Crusaders whenever I can.
I’ve been committed to the Volunteer Fire Brigade for over 40 years, and hold the role as Fire
Chief. We not only fight fires but we also attend road accidents, medical emergencies, teach
fire safety to children in schools as well as the vital task of fitting or replacing your fire alarms.
When it comes to Real Estate, my personal commitment to you is to work comfortably with
you, to keep you informed of progress and to ease you through any issues that may occur
through the selling process. It is vital we are able to work as a team so I can understand your
expectations and adapt to any changes where necessary. I will always be available to listen.
I enjoy the challenge of matching a buyer with the perfect house, following the process
through till moving day and the satisfied smile on my vendors face when we put the SOLD
sign up.
Please let me know if you have any questions. I look forward to our next meeting.
Kindest Regards, Murray
