Agent – Property Brokers Pahiatua. John Arends Our 125Ha seasonal supply dairy farm at Browns Rd, Pahiatua was successfully sold at auction in December 2014. The marketing and sale was conducted by John Arends of Property Brokers Pahiatua. The process began many months prior with a clearly defined marketing strategy being developed for the auction on 11th Dec. The strategy included such elements as a timeline of critical dates, a clearly defined advertising campaign targeting key geographical areas outside the immediate location and details such as the location of the auction and the auctioneer himself.
