Jo was recommended to me by another couple who were very pleased with her service. I was overseas at the time I decided to sell so was unable to to do anything to get the property ready for sale. No problem for Jo. She arranged for a painter, plumber and gardener to bring the property up to speed. She also did a final inspection for me prior to tenants leaving. Her marketing was spot on and the property was sold in about 5 weeks at a price I was happy at. I would also like to mention that 2 days prior to settlement she noticed an outside tap leaking.
