About Jamie
Jamie is a born and bred local boy having grown up in Woodville and worked the majority of his career in the Tararua district.
For 24 years Jamie had a very successful career as a rural banker, rising through the ranks and covered many aspects of the industry giving him a solid education in what the trials and successes of farming are all about.
After this, Jamie took on a new challenge and went to work for New Zealand’s largest Dairy Producer, Fonterra. He started at the coalface, as the link for the shareholders and famers alike as their contact to the co-operative.
It didn’t take long for his talents to be recognized and he soon moved into leading and running the team and become a respected and sort after member of the company.
With over 30 years’ experience in the rural industry, a move into rural real estate is a natural progression.
Jamie’s extensive knowledge of the region, coupled with his already strong connections he has built over a long period of time, will help to create some real benefits to his clients when looking to sell their farm or lifestyle property.
Married to wife Megan, they have two children, who are both currently attending Tararua College. In his spare time, Jamie enjoys playing club cricket for Dannevirke with his son Jacob, coaching basketball, or hitting the golf course for a quick round.
