My journey began in the vibrant hospitality industry, where I honed my skills as the Conference and Event Operations Manager at The Hilton in Queenstown. During my tenure there, I developed a keen eye for detail and a knack for seamlessly managing complex operations.
Seeking new challenges, I transitioned to retail management, overseeing operations at a Smiths City store in Invercargill and Gore. This role equipped me with invaluable leadership and customer service skills, further complementing my foundation in hospitality.
At the end of 2023, I pivoted into property management, drawing upon my accumulated expertise to navigate the intricacies of managing properties effectively. I am passionate about enhancing the living experience for residents and ensuring the smooth operation of properties under my care.
