About Emma
Emma is the Whanganui Property Management Team Leader. She is relatively new to the role, after working as a Property Manager for 3 years, and before that, Property Management Administrator for 1 year. She has demonstrated strong leadership and management skills. Her mission is to guide the Team of Property Managers to achieve outstanding results in landlord/tenant satisfaction, legislative compliance, operational efficiency, and property value enhancement.
Emma has achieved a Level 4 NZ Qualification in Property Management while working with Property Brokers and continues to expand her knowledge of the real estate industry. She has also achieved a Level 4 Qualification in Business and Administration. She has gained confidence and proficiency in navigating challenges through the qualifications, as well as years of experience working in the industry. Before working with Property Brokers, Emma worked in retail, including leadership roles, for 7+ years and gained skills and experience in customer service, relationship building, problem-solving as well as leading a Team.
Having lived in Whanganui her whole life, Emma has developed a deep affection for the town and its charm. She enjoys being involved in community events such as Pack the Bus, Relay for Life, and Vintage Weekend. In her spare time, Emma enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, travelling, staying active, and being outdoors.
