About Bev

Bev has worked in the Property Management sector for over sixteen years, nearly ten with Property Brokers, starting with the company in 2013. Currently managing a portfolio of properties in Christchurch and Rangiora, Bev has managed properties in several Canterbury regions since joining Property Brokers. She enjoys the varied aspects of Property Management, constantly meeting new people, and the different scenarios each day can bring. Bev prides herself on her communication skills with both owners and tenants and works hard to ensure a stress-free process for both parties. As a result, she enjoys seeing tenants settled into their new homes and the owners happy with the end result. Bev is a true Cantabrian, living in Christchurch all her life, except for a year in the UK. She loves the Canterbury region, the resilience of their people and the many beautiful surrounding areas. When not working, Bev enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is looking forward to heading out of town more often in their caravan, and now, the children have left home.
