About Becca
Becca Phillips came to New Zealand from the UK in 2001 with her husband and lived in Upper Hutt for 14 years working 7 years as sole administration charge for a Real Estate company. She then spent the next 7 years working for Inland Revenue as a tax officer, before spreading her wings as an Accountant Assistant, specialising in investment accounts and returns. Becca and Geoff moved to Masterton with their young family working as a receptionist at Moore Stephens Markham's Accountant firm. After a long break from Real Estate she was itching to get back to the property market, the industry she missed.
Becca was employed as an Administration Assistant with Property Brokers and was quickly promoted to Property Manager. In her first year she was awarded Rising Star status across the company.
2021 Becca has passed her Level 4 Property Management certificate. This has given her more in-depth knowledge of the industry.
2021 Becca was named Property Manager of the Year for Property Brokers.
2022 Becca was in the top five of the company coming in at number 2 and was a nominee for the REINZ Awards for Property Manager of the Year.
Becca loves solving problems and helping people. Communication is a key part to Becca’s service and she truly enjoys the job with all the challenges that comes with being a professional Property Manager. It's important to get the balance right with tenant, landlord and Property Manager and Becca strives to achieve this. Outside of work Becca loves walking, cooking, gardening, and spending time with her family.
