About Albert
Albert was born and bred in the farming sector and worked as a farm manager, also gaining qualifications with a Trade Certificate in farming. In later years, he was involved in the horticultural sector before starting his real estate career in 1997.
While selling real estate, he studied at Massey University gaining a Diploma in Business Studies majoring in Real Estate and holds an agents license and is an Associate Member of the Real Estate Institute (AREINZ). Over the last 27 years Albert has gained vast experience in the marketing and sale of property of all genres, including dairy farms, sheep and beef, horticulture property, commercial and industrial buildings plus residential property and subdivisions.
He can deal in all types of real estate and enjoys working with clients with diverse backgrounds from both New Zealand and overseas and is ably equipped to communicate and negotiate well to ensure a positive outcome for all parties. Albert has been a recognised top achiever in recent years for both sales volume and value.
Albert likes to use the latest technology, this allows him to spend more time in personal contact with potential clients, to ensure the professional presentation of property to the market. He is a highly motivated person who gains much satisfaction from assisting his clients to successfully achieving the goals that are important to them and their families.
