Honda Pioneer 1000 - Side-by-Side (SxS) UTV - Terms and Conditions

General

• Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms.
• In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other reference to this promotion, these Terms and Conditions prevail.
• The Promoter is Property Brokers Limited, headquartered at 240 Broadway Avenue, Palmerston North Central, Palmerston North.
• The Entrant is defined as the legal entity(s) that owns the property.

Who can enter

• Entry is open to people who own property within Property Brokers' service area - detailed here: Property Brokers Contact.
• Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

How to enter

• Eligible Entrants must have a free rural or lifestyle property appraisal completed during the Promotional Period at a location serviced by Property Brokers. (a rural or lifestyle property is defined by being listed in Property Brokers systems under the 'rural' or 'lifestyle' category.)
• A valid entry requires the property appraisal to be completed before 30th June 2025. Cancelled or suspended appraisals are not eligible.
• The Promoter retains the authority to redraw the prize should the initial winner remain uncontactable after five business days or under any other circumstances where the Promoter deems the winner inappropriate. The decision of the Promoter is conclusive, and no correspondence will be entered regarding the outcome.
• The Promoter may extend, amend, suspend, or terminate this promotion and these terms and conditions without notice.
• If the prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value without notice.
• The Promoter is not responsible for any failure to record an entry into the Prize Draw.
• Decisions by the Promoter are final and binding; no correspondence will be entered into.

Number of entries permitted

• Each Eligible Entrant receives one entry per rural or lifestyle property appraisal. Should the property be listed for sale by Property Brokers within the Promotional Period, the Entrant shall receive an additional three entries. If the Entrant is a current Farmlands Shareholder or signs up as a new shareholder during the promotion period, they will receive double the amount of entries.
• Farmlands Shareholders who list exclusively with Property Brokers enjoy a special commission rate of 3.75% to the first $500,000 and 2% on the balance plus GST. There's no administration fee, and marketing costs can be charged directly to your Farmlands Card. Please note, commercial and forestry transactions are excluded from this offer.

Open, close, draw and publish dates

• The promotion starts on 3rd March 2025 and ends on 30th June 2025 at 11:59 AM (AEDT). Entries must be received by the Promoter by the close date and time.
• The draw will take place at the Promoter's office on 7th July 2025. The winner will be notified by 21st July 2025, and arrangements will be made for prize collection. If necessary, a proxy can collect the prize on behalf of the winner.

Prize on offer

• The prize is a Honda Pioneer 1000 SxS UTV, valued at NZ$33,920 (incl. GST). The vehicle has been used for promotional purposes and has accumulated mileage.
• There is one grand prize winner.

Further terms and conditions

• The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Privacy collection statement

• Personal information collected from entrants will be used to administer the promotion and for future marketing purposes in accordance with Property Brokers' privacy policy.

Copyright, statutory guarantees, waiver, and liability

• All entries become the property of the Promoter, which may publish or cause them to be published.
• Participation in the promotion means consent to be photographed and interviewed. The Promoter holds a perpetual and non-exclusive license to use such media.
• The Promoter is not liable for any damages except as required by law. The winner may need to sign a legal release form as determined by the Promoter.
• No warranty on the prize quality is given by the Promoter.
