PROMOTION PERIOD
1. The Promotion starts on Sunday, 10th November 2024 and ends at 11:59 pm on Friday, 20th December 2024 (Promotion Period).
HOW TO ENTER AND ELIGIBILITY
2. To be a part of the Bid Day Out Auction Events Promotion, a participant must complete the Promotion entry form at www.pb.co.nz/bdo during the Promotion Period, and
a. Have their property listed with Property Brokers under a 90 Day Exclusive Agency
4. Vendor agrees to pay the difference between ‘Total value’ and ‘Discounted cost to vendor’ of marketing if property is withdrawn
5. No refund of marketing paid if sold prior to auction day
5. Vendor can upgrade marketing at an additional investment
6. Marketing packages vary depending on region. Please contact your local branch for more information.
ACCEPTANCE
7. Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
